The wellness retreats are being led by Ms. Mukta Ghosh. She holds a Diploma in Naturopathy & Yoga (NDDY) from the prestigious Gandhi National Academy of Naturopathy & Yoga-Delhi and have completed the Yoga Teachers training from Bihar School of Yoga-the world´s first Yoga University.
Apart from a stint at Sanskriti School-Delhi as a yoga teacher, she has over 12+ years of experience as a freelance yoga instructor working with individuals from varied spheres of life, blue chip organizations like media house, several NGOs, embassies & high commissions in the capital. She has yoga studios in Delhi and NCR, where she conducts regular yoga sessions. She has worked with companies like Thomas Cook and similar, leading their yoga tours all over India and abroad.
She is also a qualified travel professional, with Bachelor in Tourism Studies and armed with an IATA certificate which she received from KUONI, Montreal. She is an accomplished painter with Bachelors in Fine arts, her paintings are often exhibited in art exhibitions . She also has interests in farming and photography.
