She is Delhi based artist who has had nine previous exhibitions in Calcutta, Mumbai and New Delhi.
She was born and brought up in Calcutta, and has been educated at La Martiniere Girls School Calcutta, Lady Amritbai Daga College Nagpur and Nirmala Niketan College Mumbai. She has worked in advertising at Saatchi and Saatchi, Bates and also as an Illustrator at the Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy Calcutta.
She worked as an art teacher at the Vasant Valley School New Delhi from 2006-2019. She has conducted art workshops at the Jaipur Literature Festival, Kala Ghoda Arts Festival Mumbai, Lulu Reader’s Fest Kochi, Oxford Bookstore Calcutta and the Kukdukoo Children’s Literature Festival Noida.
She now conducts art workshops all over the country, as well as art sessions which are both personalised as well as online, and also works on commissioned paintings.
